Summer Veg Garden for G'ma

In between end of school and summer camp fast approaching my brothers girl friend really wanted to get the boys involved in planting G'ma a vegetable garden this summer.

Jacob working hard for G'mas Veggy Garden

It was a very hot and sunny day! They were all sweating and the only one complaining was me =D I despise heat, sweat and sun. YUCK! You can't get me do much if it's not windy which I promise you... was not. Double YUCK!

But everyone kept pushing through to get it done.

Yvonne stepped in to get it this going. I envy her green thumb.

My brother and I have so many similarities. We both prefer the shade, but this was his only moment under it. I on the other hand hid under that shade the entire time... =D

Hmmm, I don't know what's happening here. I plant everything in pots

See the family together putting their back into it? See anyone missing? MOI!!! LoL again running from the blistering sun and heat.

Love grows any many ways. One would be zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, onions and cauliflower. My mom loves it picks something from her teeny love garden everyday!

This was the families special way of showing, giving and growing LOVE! and they succeeded!

I beg; teach your kids different and many ways to show, give and share their love and respect for someone. I'm so proud to be able to say that my boys are well mannered, controlled, respectful, smart and now I can say that they are learning other ways to express those things thru art, gardening and creating.

Have fun planting your LOVE garden and sharing the experience and literally fruits of your labor!

Would love to see the garden when in full bloom. So nice to see a family working together, especially kids. You should be proud.
