Here's what for dinner

HOME MADE PIZZA

I made it a veggie gluten free yellow squash, tomato, broccoli and cheese pie. I was doubtful of what the reaction would be around here.

Pre-Bake
2 yellow squashes, 1 head of broccoli, 1/2 of a tomato, tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. No salt or pepper. I wanted to keep it real =D

Right out of the oven. Honestly all I remember is that I put it in for 400 degrees but not how long since I was nervouse about drying out the veggies so, I kept peeking and poking it to make sure it was ready.


It turned out great! the boys tore right thru it... I'm a "best mom ever!" I couldn't ask for anything more =D



I have a few other ideas to try; scrambled egg brunch pie, apple caramel pie...
